Please remember to place your order with the utmost care. All custom made orders are final. Deposits are required on all custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable.
All exchanges on ready-made goods must be unused and accompanied by the original receipt and require original unopened packaging. Readymade goods may be exchanged within 30 days of original receipt date. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.
We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a void of the limited warranty. Extensions Plus is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling. We do not guarantee hair that has been cut off wefts or wefts that have been cut or altered. Hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Extensions Plus, is null and void of guarantee.
There are no returns or exchanges on hair care products, accessories or installation tools.
Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. Weights are before wefting, perming, and blending.
