| Placing an order with Extensions Plus is easy. Once you have had an opportunity to review our website, our friendly sales staff is available Monday-Saturday to answer your questions and complete your order. Due to the unique nature of the product, there a NO Refunds or Exchanges on the Zig-Zag Hair.Ready-made goods may be exchanged within 14 days of shipping date and must be unopened and in the original packaging. All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges. | |

| LICENSED HAIRDRESSERS: | |
| Licensed hairdressers can receive pricelists & samples of custom work by faxing a copy of the cosmetology license to (818) 881-5220. Please be sure to include mailing address and contact phone number. When visiting our facility for the first time, we encourage hairdressers to bring a copy of their license to receive additional savings. |
