ORDERING:
Placing an order with Extensions Plus is easy. Once you have had an opportunity to review our website, our friendly sales staff is available Monday-Saturday to answer your questions and complete your order. If you are not available to place your order in person, simply call (818) 881-5611 to be assisted by one of our trained sales representatives. Order requests can also be faxed to (818) 881-5220 or via email at info@extensions-plus.com.

SHIPPING:
Extensions Plus is committed to servicing you in a prompt manner. International shipping may also be arranged. Due to the unique nature of our product we cannot guarantee same day shipping.
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Please remember to place your order with the utmost care. All custom made orders are final. Deposits are required on all custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable.

All exchanges on ready-made goods must be unused and accompanied by the original receipt and require original unopened packaging. Readymade goods may be exchanged within 30 days of original receipt date. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.

We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a void of the limited warranty. Extensions Plus is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling. We do not guarantee hair that has been cut off wefts or wefts that have been cut or altered. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Extensions Plus, is null and void of guarantee.

There are no returns or exchanges on hair care products, accessories or installation tools.

Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. Weights are before wefting, perming, and blending.

LICENSED HAIRDRESSERS:

Licensed hairdressers can receive pricelists & samples of custom work by faxing a copy of the cosmetology license to (818) 881-5220. Please be sure to include mailing address and contact phone number. When visiting our facility for the first time, we encourage hairdressers to bring a copy of their license to receive additional savings.
